London, UK

London is the place I return to between trips - not as a destination I tick off, but as a city I live, and work in. It鈥檚 where journeys start and where I come back changed, carrying stories from elsewhere into familiar streets. It's where every day routine is.
What I love most about London is that it lets you travel without leaving. One day feels like Europe, another like somewhere entirely its own. It鈥檚 a city made for walking, wandering, and noticing small details - caf茅s tucked away on side streets, quiet parks between busy roads, moments of calm hiding in plain sight.

First instinct: This feels familiar, diverse & open. London is a city for everyone and anyone. You can live 10min away from your bestie and not bump into them, or you can randomly bump into uni mates on a night out.

What surprised me: How often London gives me space when I need it. For such a busy city, it allows quiet, you just need to find the hidden local gems. Always ask a local :)
If I come back tomorrow (from a local's perspective):
Go again: independent cafes and walking in different low-key neighbourhoods
Skip: rushing through the landmarks
Repeat: walking instead of taking the Tube
馃洬 EXIT CONDITIONS
Mood on departure: Lucky to call it home
What I took with me: A sense of rythm. London is a fast city, with many tourists and commuters. But there's a beauty in standing still and belonging.
